Affordable Wedding Venues in Bellingham, WA

When looking for affordable wedding venues, you might want to first determine what affordable means for you. You likely have a budget in mind, but the venue price tag can often include shock, and not much more.

There are, of course, ways around making your venue a bit more affordable. For example, you can get married in the off-season (typically November through May), on a weekday (typically Monday through Thursday), or rent the space for half of the day (either in the morning to early-evening or early-evening to midnight).

Some questions to consider:

  • Capacity
Will you have to rent an outdoor tent to fit everyone?
  • Tables and chairs
Will you have to coordinate with an outside vendor to bring them in?
  • Catering
Who is your caterer and do they need access to a full kitchen? Does the venue allow for any caterer, or must they be pre-approved?
  • Set-up and take-down
Who will set-up and take down? Does the venue do clean-up?

Affordable wedding locations aren’t easy to find either; personally, we’re rather partial to Bellingham, WA. We’ve compiled a list of venues in the Bellingham area that offered transparent pricing to help determine what affordable looks like to you.

Note: price ranges reflect peak v. off-peak season, weekday (typically Mon-Thurs) v. weekend (typically Fri-Sat), and half day v. partial day
