Weekly and monthly reservations can be made for either the Ballroom or Studio  (depending on availability). Recurring reservations are open between the hours of 8am and 10pm daily. Reservations require a basic Rental Agreement, including your intended dates from start to finish.

Hourly Instructional Rate

The Majestic Ballroom charges $35 per hour for instructional classes for up to 15 students; $50 per hour for up to 35 students. Studio space for one-on-one (or two)  is $16 per hour.

Our Ballroom & Studio are great for, but not limited to, the following:

• • Dance classes
  • Music lessons
  • Martial arts classes
  • General meeting space
  • Other instructional classes

Choose from the ballroom upstairs (great for ballroom dancing), the downstairs room with a stage and mirrors (great for dance and martial arts classes), or one of the smaller, more private rooms (great for music lessons or private meetings).
